Please read these terms carefully before placing your order to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Ordering & Minimums
- Orders start from a minimum of 10 pcs, with the freedom to choose different types of plants.
- To enjoy wholesale pricing, a minimum purchase of 50 pcs is required.
- We use a First-In-First-Out (FIFO) system for shipments with a capacity of 70-80 packages per week.
- Indonesian regulation requires a phytosanitary certificate for exporting, so please always include it in your order.
Shipping Risks & Liabilities
Damages from shipping are common when importing live plants. If you feel unsure or not up for the risks, please consider canceling or not ordering at all.
All forms of import fees, taxes, and duty fees are out of our control. It is charged by the courier and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay. We will not take any liability for any problems regarding taxes.
Damages, Claims & Refunds
If there are permanent damages, please do not worry, we will be responsible. Prepare the proof of damages such as photos and videos of the damaged plants, and send them to our email [email protected].
Refunds are only eligible for those who have enough proof of damages and can only be done if all requirements are met. Order cancellations cannot be processed after 3 days after the order has been made; exceptions are acceptable only under some circumstances.
