We dispatch orders primarily on Mondays and Tuesdays. This is to avoid plants accumulating in sorting centers over the weekend, ensuring they arrive as fresh as possible.

Unbox your plant immediately upon arrival. Since we ship our plants bare-root (soil-free) and meticulously cleaned to ensure they are parasite-free, they will need a little extra care to settle in.

We ship our plants with the utmost care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Instead of soil, we use moist Sphagnum Moss to wrap the roots, keeping them hydrated while meeting international export standards. The foliage is carefully protected with breathable sleeves or paper, and everything is secured in sturdy, reinforced boxes with internal padding to prevent movement during transit.

We ship worldwide! However, please be aware of your local customs regulations. We provide the necessary Phytosanitary Certificate to ensure smooth customs clearance.

During winter or colder months, we include heat packs in our packages free of charge if the temperature requires it. We also use insulated packaging to protect your tropical friends from the cold.

If your plant arrives significantly damaged, please take clear photos of the box and the plant immediately. Send these to us via email within 24 hours of delivery, and our team will work with you to find a solution, whether it's a replacement or a refund.
