• Light (Crucial for Variegation): Provide plenty of bright, indirect sunlight. The thin, skeletal leaves need ample light to maintain the stunning variegation and support the plant's growth. However, strictly avoid direct, harsh sun, as the delicate leaflets and the chlorophyll-lacking variegated spots will scorch and dry out very quickly.
