Care Guide

• Light: Provide bright, indirect sunlight. Avoid direct sun exposure, as it can scorch the delicate, dark leaves. An east-facing window or a spot several feet from a south or west-facing window is ideal.
• Watering: Water thoroughly when the top 1-2 inches of the potting mix feel dry to the touch. This plant is susceptible to root rot, so ensure your pot has excellent drainage and never let it sit in standing water.
• Humidity: This tropical beauty thrives in high humidity, ideally between 60-80%. A humidifier, pebble tray, or placing it in a well-lit bathroom can help meet its needs.
• Substrate: A chunky, airy, and well-draining aroid mix is crucial. We recommend a blend of orchid bark, perlite, coco chunks, and horticultural charcoal to promote healthy root aeration.
• Temperature: Maintain a warm environment between 65-80°F (18-27°C). Protect it from cold drafts and sudden temperature fluctuations.
• Fertilizer: During the active growing season (spring and summer), feed with a balanced liquid fertilizer diluted to half-strength every 2-4 weeks. Reduce feeding in fall and winter.
